Mark Vancil

Mark Vancil is a Lake City native and attended Francis Marion University. Mark has been a licensed loan officer in South Carolina for the past 16 years, and he has a wide variety of knowledge when it comes to conventional, jumbo, construction-permanent, FHA/VA/USDA, and SC State Housing loans. Mark is eager to assist first time homebuyers and the seasoned homeowner that is looking to purchase or refinance their home.  He enjoys working with all parties involved in the real estate transaction to ensure that a customer leaves the closing table with keys in hand and a smile on their face!

Mark current lives in Murrells Inlet and in his free time enjoys playing golf, boating, spending time with his daughter, and socializing with friends.
