Interest on Lawyers’ Trust Accounts (IOLTA)

The IOLTA is available to lawyers and law firms for trust accounts. Any interest earned, net of service charges, is paid directly each month to the South Carolina Bar Foundation to be used to provide civil legal services to the poor.
