Adam Paskanik has been originating home loans along the South Carolina coast including Charleston, Hilton Head, and Myrtle Beach for the past 19 years. He serves South Atlantic Bank as Vice President/Secondary Lock Desk Manager/Mortgage Loan Officer. Adam’s goal is to empower his clients with the information necessary to make sound financial decisions. He specializes in Fannie/Freddie conventional, jumbo, construction-permanent, refinance, and FHA/VA/USDA loans. Adam creates steady communication with his clients and shares his extensive knowledge in the area and real estate market with them.

Within the community, Adam is an affiliate member of the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors, the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Horry/Georgetown Builders Association. Adam is a graduate of Coastal Carolina University where he gained a B.S./B.A. degree in Management.
