Nick Mascitti

Nick Mascitti (ma-city) is a native of Canton, Ohio and has been in the mortgage industry for over 25 years. He specializes in providing financing for conventional Fannie Mae/ Freddie Mac, new construction, refinance, and FHA/VA Mortgage loans. Nick has a wealth of experience assisting first time home buyers as well as clients purchasing their forever home.

Nick is a 1993 graduate of The University of Mount Union and resides in Bluffton with his wife. In his free time, Nick is an avid sports fan and enjoys participating in all of the community activities that the Lowcountry has to offer.
