South Atlantic Bancshares, Inc. (OTCQX: SABK) announces that Christian Kata has joined the South Atlantic Bank commercial lending team as senior vice president, commercial relationship manager for Beaufort.
Kata has 10 years of commercial banking experience in the Beaufort market. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a B.S. degree in Finance.
He joins Bryan Newton, senior vice president, commercial relationship manager, in serving Beaufort County. As veteran bankers in the Beaufort market, the South Atlantic team has established strong financial relationships and longstanding ties in the community.
